Ally Engel and Taylor Stobbe have been together for nearly their entire lives, growing up at each other’s sides as their sisters played for numerous sporting teams together; so their eventual pairing about eight years ago didn’t come as a surprise to their families. Taylor and Ally tied the knot in Gather’s venue on April 5th, 2025, with 190 guests in attendance to celebrate the monumental occasion.

Gather’s catering manager, Maddy Meyer, Petal Pusher’s owner, Nichole Campbell, and Ruby Design’s lead stylist, Zeb Metzler all agreed and explained why fall is their busiest time of year in the Wisconsin wedding industry.

A year ago, Erin Jacobs, was married within the cream-city-brick walls in January of 2023, before applying for and obtaining the position of Gather’s events manager in June of 2023, using her own experience to assist other couples in finding their perfect winter wedding.
