Growing up in the beautiful Bayfield, Wisconsin, Kira could always find value and muse in nature and community. First, she learned how to read, then she learned how to write, and so did her passions follow.

By 2020, at 20 years old, Kira was on Ellison Clark’s editing team for their first novel to be published, “With You”.

Kira obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin—Green Bay in Spring 2021, where she was a nonfiction editor of the campus arts and literary magazine, Sheepshead Review. After graduating, she freelanced for Green Bay City Pages, writing arts and entertainment articles about the happenings in Green Bay.

Kira writes for ION Indie Music magazine, interviewing up-and-coming artists and some artists with larger fanbases.

She also writes for Gather on Broadway’s “Stories” section, promoting special events and weddings held at the Green Bay venue.
